摘要：

Since 20th century 60's, as the recovery of world economy and the accelerating of the process of urbanization construction, the crisis of urban energy and urban ecological environment also comes concomitantly. So the ecological cities' construction has become the object of sustainable development in new era. Accordingly, I think we should promote ecological cities' construction vigorously and make efforts to construct space for people to live, work and recreation. In this way, the harmony between human and culture and the harmony between human and society can come true, and the really sustainable development of cities can be achieved. I will make a plan on ecological cities' construction specifically based on the theory of circular economy in this paper so as to it can be useful and valuable for the sustainable development of cities.
