摘要
The aim of this research was to study the influence of different temperatures on the progamic phase, fertilization and fruit set processes in standard 'Leccino' cultivar usually considered self-incompatible. In self-pollinated flowers under natural conditions and under four different temperature regimes, observations were carried out on: pollen germination "in vitro", pollen tube growth "in vivo" by fluorescence microscopy, early embryo development and fruit-set percentage. The penetration of the pollen tubes in the ovule throughout the micropyles and the proembryo development occurred in all environmental conditions.
