摘要
Numerical simulations of punching shear test performed previously on slabs with different concrete grades are presented. The simulations were made with the non-linear finite element program ABAQUS. Based on test results and on the finite element analyses, a modified mechanical model for the assessment of the punching shear strength is proposed. The modified model gives good predictions of the ultimate load of previously tested slabs.
