摘要：

We can analyze the factors of the Hefei high-tech industrial cluster by applying the Porter's diamond model, and establish the index system evaluating the competitiveness of industrial cluster on the basis of the combination of the diamond model and the Analytic Hierarchy Process. Some suggestions about the analytic results are presented, in hope to enhance the competitiveness of the Hefei high-tech industrial cluster and develop it quickly and healthily.
