摘要
For solving large rotation shaft fault physics diagnose problem on torsional vibration of heavy-duty machinery, a new-torsional vibration continuous shaft segment mass model was proposed by using Kinetics theory and measuring theory, which could derive torsional vibration parameter of indirect extracting fault point on-line. Analysis and processing data of actual torque measurement on the large rotation shaft verified the correct deriving course of the model building. Based on the solution, it can program composition for implement on-line monitor and fault diagnosis on rotation shaft and then guarantee its even running.
