A case of 62-year-old male,he has general dullness on admittion. A colon scopic examination showed a circular tumor of 3type in sigmoid and the patient underwent sigmoidectomy with D3 dissection, ileotomy was added, because during the operation three cancers were found at 120cm from Treiz ligament, 15cm and 25cm from end of ileum. According to the Japanese Classification of Colorectal Carcinoma, the histology of sigmoid tumor of H0,P0,ss/a1,1y1,v3, and the ileum in this case showed type 2. The both tumors in sigmoid and small intestine had a similar appearance with H-E stain moderately differenciated adenocarcinoma. With elastica von Gieson stain highly malignant neoplastic cells were formed along the vein in the both tumors. It is often indicated in the literature that primary tumors in the small intestine are quite rare and most cases are considered as secondary hematogenous metastatic tumors from sigmoid. Therefore, this particular case was also diagnosed as multiple sigmoid cancer with metastasis to small intestine. The patient does not show any clinical and laboratory findings of metastasis or reccurence after one year. This case is rare, only 11 reports were found.
