摘要
This research aims, on the one hand, to examine if Spanish local governments changed the quality of their e-relationships with their stakeholders over time; and, on the other hand, to reveal if there are there any common factors underlying these changes. To do so, the IT experts of nine Spanish municipalities have provided their perceptions of this quality twice, in 2005 and 2014, which have been analyzed with fuzzy ordering techniques to establish a ranking of best to worst relationships. The results show that, although variations have occurred, further research must be done to understand the causes of these variations.
