摘要
An experimental study of undoped and Ti incorporated Cr2O3 film has been carried out. Apart from structural and morphological modifications due to Ti doping, a striking feature of enhanced weak ferromagnetism at room temperature was observed in the Ti incorporated Cr2O3 film. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic data of the films revealed increased number of oxygen vacancies in the Ti incorporated Cr(2)O(3)films. The origin of weak ferromagnetism in the Ti incorporated Cr2O3 thin film is assigned to the presence of Ti and the oxygen vacancies.
