摘要
The structure and contents of flavonoids in the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) iljinsk were studied. The chemical components of the leaves were isolated by solvent extraction and column chromatography. The chemical structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical constant and spectral data. Three flavonoids compounds: kaempferol (I), quercetin (II), and isoquercitrin (III) were isolated from the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinsk. The contents of kaempferol, quercetin and isoquercetin in the leaves were determined by gradient reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography on alltima C-18 colunm (5 mum, 150 mm x 4.6 mm) with UV detector, at the wavelength of 360 nm. Their contents in the methanol and water extracts are: kaempferol (I) 0.0387% and 0.0337%, quercetin (II) 0.0615% and 0.0603%, isoquercitrin (III) 0.543% and 0.464%, respectively.
