摘要
By means of popularization of computers, the development of Internet and information spreading, editing and publishing industry is experiencing a reformation. The digital workflow in academic periodical editing reduces the labor-intensive work greatly. However, as far as the intelligent academic manuscript review has not been made a great progress. This paper describes an anti-plagiarism approach based on KSM (Keyword Sequences Method) to assist the editor to make a judgment of the manuscript originality. It aims to reduce the amount of time spent on comparing texts, lighten the editor's mental work load. This process will not only improve the quality of the periodical but also relate closely with scientific and technololocal development.
