摘要：
Firstly, this paper uses the Hall three-dimension structure to comparatively analyze the methodologies between ERP and KMS (Knowledge Management System), and proposes a KMS framework for enterprise based on ERP. Secondly, from the point of view of management, software and system, this paper expounds the interactions and effects between ERP and KMS from planning to implementation respectively.
