摘要：

Ten novel 2,4-bis[(3-aryl)-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-[1,3,4]thiadiazole-6-yl] derivatives of pyridine have been synthesized via reaction of 1,2,4-triazole with 2,4-pyridinedicarboxylic acid catalyzed by POCl3 under microwave irradiation, with the view of providing lead compounds for the screening of new dugs. The structures of all new compounds were characterized by H-1 NMR, IR, MS techniques and elemental analysis.
