摘要
The fourth industrial revolution fundamentally changes all spheres of economic activity, including tourism. The aim of the study was to study the key factors affecting the modification of economic activity in tourism. A statistical analysis of data on Internet access has shown that there are favorable conditions for the development of online services and the digitalization of tourism activities. The analysis of digital technologies used in tourism is carried out, their influence on the development of the tourism industry in the context of global digitalization is shown. It has been established that new digital platforms provide care from intermediaries and minimize indirect costs in tourism. The features of consumer preferences of travelers in terms of information support of tourism activities are revealed, the most popular mobile applications in tourism are considered.
