摘要
Synchrotron radiation is an advanced collimated light source with high intensity. It has particular advantages in structure characterization of materials at atomic or molecular scale. In this paper we introduce the applications of synchrotron radiation in supramolecule self-assembly, including X-ray absorption fine spectrum (XAFS), X-ray scattering, in situ fourier transform infrared spectrum (FTIR), time-resolved X-ray diffraction (XRD) and time-resolved small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). The applications of synchrotron radiation X-ray scattering in the characterization of lamellar structure, tubular structure and solution-phase structure are discussed in detail. Future trends and suggestions in the application of synchrotron radiation in supramolecule self-assembly are also discussed.
