摘要
We have developed a simple, sensitive and accurate liquid chromatographic method for the determination of thymol and phenol in honey using electrochemical detection. Compared to diode array detection, the detection and quantification limits of the two compounds with ECD are improved by 300-900 folds. The calibration curves show good linearity (r a parts per thousand yen 0.9996) within the test ranges, with recoveries from 97.0 to 101.7%.
