摘要：

Previous research suggests that using external information effectively improves a firm's innovation performance, but the correlation between absorptive capacity and innovation performance of firms has not been fully investigated. This paper focuses on constructing a qualitative methodology to analyze the effect of absorptive capacity into innovation performance based on Zahra and George's study. The empirical research found support for the initial expectation that the four dimensions of absorptive capacity (knowledge acquisition, assimilation, transformation and application) can promote a firm's innovation performance. The greater knowledge digestion, transformation and application are, the greater the firm's innovation earnings.
