摘要：

Primary cutaneous diffuse B-large cell lymphoma (B-LCL), leg type (LL type), is a rare variant of skin lymphoma, characterized by aggressive course and high risk of extracutaneous generalization, and requires high-dose chemotherapy. Clinically manifests by tumor nodes, located on the leg skin in two-thirds of cases. Rare variants of the disease are described: the leg trophic ulcer type and erythema annular type. No cases with an indolent course of primary cutaneous diffuse B-LCL, LL type, are described. We present three cases with an indolent relapsing course of primary cutaneous diffuse B-LCL, LL type, with atypical clinical manifestations - maculi and plaques, partially regressing spontaneously, and discuss the probable therapeutic approaches.
