Dielectric properties of BaTiO3 synthesized by containerless processing technique

摘要
Spheroids of BaTiO3 with a diameter of ca. 2 mm were synthesized by using a pressurized electrostatic levitation furnace. Polycrystalline perovskite BaTiO3 showed a high epsilon of 4000 at room temperature, and an oxygen-deficient hexagonal BaTiO3 exhibited an epsilon higher than 100000 with a tandelta of about 0.1 together with a weak temperature dependence.
