An improved web-based negotiation support system based on genetic algorithm

摘要：
Existing web-based negotiation support Systems are reviewed and found to be far from being effective and efficient in practice. A new and improved negotiating platform based on the J2EE framework is proposed to offer the negotiators an easy-to-use way to define, modify and confirm what they will negotiate. AHP algorithm is used to decide the negotiators' preferences and analyze the conflict as well. After the parameters are all evaluated, the solution to the negotiation problem is generated by our negotiation support procedure based on genetic algorithm. We introduce a binary coding method, a Nash Equilibrium based adaptation function, a colony initialization method and an optimum unit conservation and recombination operation to decide the parameters and the ending rules of the genetic algorithm. This negotiation support system is proved to be sufficient in common electronic business negotiations.
