摘要
The crosstalk between transmission lines is closely related to their distributed parameters. In this paper, the distributed capacitance parameters of multi-conductor transmission lines in dielectric layers are studied. Finite element method is applied to calculating the capacitance matrix of transmission lines models. The potential distribution of model is illustrated. The influences of dielectric layers on distributed capacitance parameters are mainly discussed and analyzed. It is found that dielectric layer has a great influence on distributed capacitances of transmission lines.
