摘要
Enterprise's Human Resource Maturity Model is the systemic process in proper sequence. According to the data of 253 empirical samples of Chinese mainland enterprise, this research has brought forward the HR Maturity model in the Chinese context based on Hefley's P-CMM. It verified the rationality of the HR Maturity model through the method of clustering analysis and mulriple variance analysis. This research may provide the available route and method for the study of Human Resource Maturity and process evaluation in the Chinese context.
