摘要
The influence of the composition and structure of some amino acids upon the partition processes occurring in biphasic or triphasic systems of their complexes with macrocyclic ligands (18-crown-6, Benzo-18-crown-6, Dibenzo-18-crown-6 and Dicyclohexyl-18-crown-6) have been studied. The hydrophobicity and molecular volume V of the amino acids are involved in their extraction and the transport through liquid membranes. The correlation between extraction constant in biphasic system and the transport through liquid membranes of amino acid with amino acid hydrophobicity has been investigated. The experiments have revealed the influence of the properties of the amino acids under study on the extraction and transport phenomena.
