摘要
A time domain measurement based method of piezoelectric transformers model parameters is suggested. This method is simpler and assumes fewer measurements comparing to, commonly employed, admittance circle based procedures. In addition, the method proposed herein requires only standard laboratory equipment. An additional advantage of this method is the ability to test the PT at high voltage levels, providing better indication to the model parameter values that are in effect during actual operation of the device in a power converter.
