摘要：

In the context of social and economic globalization, China's Company Law grows to be mature gradually and has been applied in various companies. However, there are still some potential problems within the legal category of Company Law in the current situation, which greatly decreases the restriction on companies. Therefore, in order to improve the executory effect of China's Company Law and get the Company Law adjusting to the constant socio-economic development, comprehensive analysis and exploration would be conducted for the modification and perfection of Company Law in the economic globalization context.
