摘要
Late blight, caused by the oomycete pathogen Phytophthora infestans, is the most devastating potato disease in the world. It was tested presence of the broad resistance gene Rpi-blb1 to P. infestans in the population of 75 clones of Solanum bulbocastanum. This wild species coevolved with P. infestans, has provided useful germplasm for breeding late blight resistance in cultivated potato. It was chosen CAPS markers B149R which is associate with Rpi-blb1 gene. This marker is closely linked with Rpi-blb1 gen. Results of genetic markers were confronted with biological test ex vitro. Based on DNA marker and infectious test information we can make result that genetic markers not have to be always correlate with phenotypic reaction of plant exactly. Breeding is very complexed science and therefore is necessary to have more information about plants of our interest.
