摘要
The authors are grateful to Dr. Zekai Sen for his keen interest in the paper and providing several comments on our paper [Lohani A.K., Goet, N.K., Bhatia K.K.S., 2006. Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy system for modeling stage-discharge relationship. J. Hydrol. 331, 146-160]. The discussion raises some interesting points and the comments and our response should be of benefit to others who might wish to employ suggested Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy model. The content of Dr. Sen's discussion on this paper indicates that there is a need to explain certain aspects of the subtractive clustering based Takagi-Sugeno model development in greater detail.
