摘要
For high-permittivity BaTiO3, SrTiO3 and (Ba,Sr)TiO3 based ceramics, a comparison is presented between the bulk ceramics and differently prepared ceramic thin films. The review comprises structural and compositional properties such as grain size and preferential orientation, extended defects, and nonstoichiometry as well as related electrical and optical properties such as the permittivity including its dependencies on the temperature, a de bias field, and the frequency.
