摘要：

The choice of entering new industry is one of the most important decision-making in the course of implementation of the diversification strategy. In this paper, we researched the theories and methods of companies selecting industry, and built a set of indicators of diversified enterprise to choose the industry, and then we used the entropy weight and TOPSIS to choose the industry which enterprises should enter, and provided a way for diversified enterprise to select industry.
