摘要
The purpose of this article was to explore the relationship between the terms "tourism", "knowledge management" and "collective works" in the scientific literature. An integrative literature review was used considering only scientific articles from the Scopus database. The systematic search and the eligibility criteria brought twenty-two (22) articles. Among the main results, there has been an increase in research with such terms in recent years (mainly in 2019), the preference for European locations for research, the presence of collective works based more on a collaborative format, and the relevance of the knowledge sharing process in tourism. This study is considered to have contributed to the areas of Tourism and Knowledge Management by raising elements in trend towards more participatory work based on knowledge management. And despite the limitations of the research, such as the use of only one database, other studies can be developed considering other databases and other research strategies.
