摘要
A wide range of aliphatic or aromatic sulfides is selectively oxidized to the corresponding sulfoxides using 1,2-dipyridiniumditribromide-ethane (DPTBE) in a mixture of CH2Cl2/H2O under heterogeneous conditions in moderate to high yields.
