摘要
In this work, a cognitive cross network, where an energy harvesting relay of the secondary user helps the transmission of a primary user by applying non-orthognal multiple access (NOMA) technique in the lack of direct link, is considered. In the considered protocol, the bit error probabilities (BEP) are derived for both users by implementing uplink and downlink NOMA principles when relay harvests energy by power splitting. The theoretical results are supported via computer simulation results. The considered protocol provides superior BEP performance compared to a reference protocol applying orthogonal multiple access (OMA) and energy harvesting by power splitting.
