摘要
Introduction: The purpose was to explore the effect of balloon bionic midwifery combined with epidural anaesthesia (ropivacaine and dexmedetomidine) on labor analgesia and postpartum hemorrhage in primiparas. Methods: 120 primiparas admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects, and were equally divided into group A (n = 60) and group B (n = 60) according to the order of admission. After both groups were given epidural anaesthesia with ropivacaine and dexmedetomidine, group A received balloon bionic midwifery while group B received routine treatment to compare the labor analgesia and postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups. Results: The pain score in group A after analgesia was significantly lower than that in group B, while the sedation score was significantly higher than that in group B (P < 0.001). The incidence of adverse events in group A was significantly lower than that in group B (P < 0.05). The labor time in group A was significantly shorter than that in group B (P < 0.001). Except for parturients with cesarean section, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in group A was significantly lower than that in group B, and the number of parturients with postpartum hemorrhage >= 400ml was significantly lower than that in group B (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Balloon bionic midwifery combined with epidural ropivacaine and dexmedetomidine can achieve good sedation and analgesia effect, with shorter duration of labor and less postpartum hemorrhage, which should be widely applied in clinical practice.
