摘要：

Biomass power generation technology is a kind of mature technology for the application of biomass energy. As a important field of energy project for most provinces, biomass power generation has been already involved in the province's development plan. There's abundant biomass energy in Jillin Province. In order to make full use of it, based on the data of biomass power plant of China Jilin Huaneng NongAn, a simplified model is used to estimate the cost of biomass power generation. The result shows that the biomass power generation price is a little higher than that stipulated in the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) benchmark price 0.75per kWh.
