摘要：
Minimally invasive radio-guided surgery is widely used in the setting of sentinel node biopsy for breast, melanoma, and other malignancies, as well as in minimally invasive parathyroid surgery. A 20-year-old woman with recurrent papillary carcinoma of the thyroid underwent minimally invasive radio-guided surgery after localization of recurrent disease using I-123.
