摘要
Credit loan is an important approach to financially aid the college and university students from the poor rural areas, and has provided a powerful guarantee for equal education opportunity in China. In order to make the credit loan smoothly implemented in the poor rural areas college and university students source from, the strategies such as "give full play to the role of rural credit association's advantages", and "the strategies such as encouraging the college and university students from poor rural areas to get employed locally and pledging the land or property of the student's family can be implemented by the local governments". It is believed that more college and university students from the poor rural areas will be benefited along with the expanded coverage of the credit loan for students and the progress of student credit loan work in the poor rural areas.
