摘要
In this paper, 2 D hexagonal photonic nano crystal cavity is structured and simulated after infiltrating hemoglobin and urine samples for refractive index biosensing application. The proposed sensor accompanies hexagonal cluster of dielectric rods whose radius is 240 nm and at lattice constant of 800 nm respectively. The refractive index of bio-samples is taken for different concentrations and because of connection among light and analyte, a shift in the resonant wavelength is observed. Simulation results reports generously proportioned shifting of resonant wavelength and elevated sensitivities for biosensor. Photonic band gap is determined by PWE method and simulation results have been investigated using OptiFDTD.
