摘要
Wireless mobile network is susceptible to various attacks due to its characteristics and wireless mode of communication. Privacy preserving or user anonymity is necessary to protect the privacy of the user by ensuring that the attackers are not able to retrieve sensitive information of users. In this paper, a Token based Privacy Preserving and Authentication Technique for Wireless Mobile Networks is proposed. In this technique, a token is used to carry the message between the sender and receiver through dummy nodes selected by the base station. This token is encrypted such that only the sender and receiver is capable of retrieving the message being transmitted. Thus, it becomes a hard task for the attacker to identify the user node since the node information is encrypted within the token. Hence this technique can efficiently preserve the privacy of the users and enhance the network operation. By simulation results, it is shown that the proposed technique improves the reliability and reduces the communication overhead.
