摘要：

In this Letter, the method of variation of parameters is applied to the study of the compound Burgers-Korteweg-de Vries equation. A more general result is obtained in terms of elliptic functions and several periodic solutions are presented. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
