Early detection and diagnosis of urothelial tumors play significant role in improving the prognosis of patients. All upper urinary tract' epithelial tumors should consider the value of flexible ureteroscope before treatment, especially undiagnosed hematuria's and Solitary kidney patients' value. NBI not only improved the detection rate and reduce the tumor recurrence rate than traditional white light in diagnosis of NMIBC. On lithotripsy urothelial tumors of high security, low incidence of complications was only 8% - 13%, which occurred ureteral perforation rate of 1% to 4%, ureteral stenosis was 9% (of which 40% may be caused by a tumor recurrence). With the development of the times, the improvement of the society economic level, Ureteral soft lens can be general and practical like cystoscope. Upper urinary tract transitional cell carcinoma occupies about 5% - 6% of all Urothelial tumors, which occurred 75% in the kidney, the remaining 25% occurred in the ureter. Upper urinary tract transitional cell carcinoma is most common in the distal ureter, it is about 70% and mostly is unilateral disease. Bilateral incidence rate is 2% - 4%. But nearly 30% - 75% of the upper urinary tract transitional cell carcinoma patients with bladder violated[1]. In China, the average age of the patients is 65 years. With an aging population, the prevalence of upper urothelial tumors increases. Since the renal pelvis and ureter smooth muscle layer with respect to the terms of the smooth muscle layer of the bladder is relatively weaker, tumors can invade through the muscularis at early stage, resulting in transfer. Therefore, once discovered, we should have a deadline radical surgery. Different tumer stages, the 5-year survivals after radical operation are very different. Surgical pathology appears as Ta and Tis, the 5-year survival rate of tumor is 100%. T1 period is 91%, T2 period is 72.6%, T3 period is 40.5%, T4 period is less of 10%[2,3]. Therefore, early detection and diagnosis of urothelial tumors play significant role in improving the prognosis of patients.
