摘要
Bulk materials of Mg97Y2Zn1 (at%) alloy had fine crystal grain by rapidly solidification. The alloy was produced by the liquid rapid solidification equipment for bulk materials. The alloy followed by ECAE achieved a yield strengh, tensile strengh and elongation of 160 MPa, 280 MPa, 32 % repectively, at an initial stain rate of 1 X 10(-2) s(-1) at room temperrature. The specific elongation was six times higher than rapidly solidified powder metallurgy (RS P/M) and casting those of Mg97Y2Zn1 alloy. Moreover; yield strengh, tensile strengh and elongation were higher than those of the commercial AZ31.
