摘要：

In [12], a new upper bound for the number of F-q-rational points on an absolutely irreducible algebraic plane curve defined over a finite field F-q of degree d < <root>q - 2 was obtained. The present paper is a continuation of [12] and the main result is a similar upper bound for the case d = rootq - 2.
