摘要
In. the past twenty years, International strategic alliances was one method of multinational corporations(MNCs) entry strategy into Chinese markets. This paper, as a case study, explores the process of formation, development and dissolution of an international strategic alliance among MNCs (GP) and a Chinese corporation (Desay) in China. The case finds that special factors and mechanism of the alliance in China are the factors of the formation of an alliance network. The competition of partners may also lead the dissolution of the network.
