摘要
This paper refer to a self-designed work experience and stress source questionnaire, Spector "Job Satisfaction Scale", "Are You Happy - Subjective Well-being Questionnaire", and Xiao Shuiyuan "Social Support Revalued Scale". We conduct an investigation aiming at analyzing the mental health status of female teachers of a vocational college. As a result, their job satisfaction is (131.50 +/- 15.39), social support score is (44.95 +/- 6.54), and other surveys are also better. Finally, we offer some rationalization proposals about further improving the mental health status of the female teachers.
