摘要
Usage of anti-TNF-alpha agents in Crohn's disease is one of the most important therapeutic achievements in Gastroenterology over the last few years. Unfortunately there is still a lack of evidence on how to assess objectively the performance of this biological therapy. In this paper we present a case study of a patient treated with adalimumab, in which we assessed the efficacy of the treatment relying not only on the clinical indices and laboratory markers, but also on endoscopic, histological, and radiological methods.
