摘要:
In this paper the development of a 10 nm wear resistive Cr2O3 coating is reported. Results of extensive wear tests show that although the coating is susceptible to physical wear, the decrease in output seems to strive to a constant value over lifetime. This effect is linked to the protective action of the brown stains interacting with the 10 nm coating. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
