We present the case of a young adult with focal neurological symptoms caused by a non-invasive left intraventricular tumor, Conventional neuroimaging techniques could not determine the type of tumor, Piexoscintigraphy suggested the growing to be a choroid plexus tumor, which was confirmed bai pathology after the operation, Moreover the plexus scintigraphy identified a tumor relapse at the follow-up and after a new surgical operation the diagnosis of a choroid plexus carcinoma was confirmed, We propose the use of plexoscintigraphy as an useful and selective technique for the diagnosis of choroid plexus neoplasms.
