Colombia on its way out of the labyrinth. The peace process with the FARC-EP under the light of Transitional Justice (2012-1016)

After four years of negotiations, the Colombian government and the FARC-EP guerrilla group signed a "Final Agreement to End the Armed Conflict and Build a Stable and Lasting Peace" (November, 2016). This complex agreement focused on transitional justice, reparations to victims and the end of violence. Although the agreement represents a first great step toward peace and reconciliation, the future remains uncertain and full of challenges.
