摘要：
Based on the green management characteristics and existing researches, this paper put forward the concept of green development index. And we used a new comprehensive model to evaluate enterprise's green development index. First, we built a green performance indicator system, and then used the AHP and radar chart combination evaluation techniques to collect, process, and integrate data. Finally, we took six companies which are from Beijing and Nanjing as samples to make empirical studies. Simulation results showed that the model is effective and feasible, and provided the solution for similar problems.
