摘要
In the distribution network, renewable energy generation is increasing now, and the volatility and uncertainty of its output increase the demand for flexibility. This paper proposes the grid flexibility index, and establishes a multi-objective optimal configuration model of ellergy storage system considering flexibility and economy to improve the flexibility of the distribution network Firstly, this paper analyzes the traditional flexibility index of supply and demand. On this basis, the grid flexibility index is proposed. Then, an optimal configuration model of energy storage system is proposed by minimizing the flexibility index and minimizing the cost of energy storage system. Finally, the multi-objective model is solved by NSGA-II algorithm, and IEEE 14 bus system is taken as an example to prove the effectiveness of the flexibility index and the configuration model. The results show that the proposed index can reflect the flexibility status of distribution network and the configuration model can improve the flexible operation capability of distribution network.
