摘要
In our time, human rights are fundamentally considered in a twofold perspective. First, in what I call a political and liberal approach, they appear as the fundamental reference for a world order based on humanitarian interventionism. Second, in what could be designated as a critical and Marxist one, they emerge as the foundation of a culture of protest. Considering the political and critical limitations of these two models, this paper asks how to go beyond them both.
